Ever been in a lawsuit before or at least close to filing one (like me)?

I’ve always liked courtroom drama, and I’ve read a lot of books and seen a lot of movies and TV series about trials, and lawyers and lawsuits. I find the whole thing very exciting.

Of course it wouldn’t be the case in real life. For example, before I was just thinking, what if I file a lawsuit. It’s fun when you see it in TV, but in reality, it wouldn’t be fun if it’s actually happening to you.

There’s a lot of time involved, not to mention a lot of money and hassles. Amazingly though, if you really need to file a lawsuit, there are available lawsuit funding. » Read The Rest

Ugh, for some reason the walk-in closet in the room has no curtains. I’m too lazy to even ask my parents about it. Plus, all we have for the rooms are blinds. You know those fabric type of blinds? I don’t like those because once it’s close, there wouldn’t be any light coming in and the breeze from the lake behind the house.

And since I’m planning to take over my cousin’s third floor adobe, I don’t like to waste money and buy curtains for the room that I’ll vacate in a few months. The whole third floor is like an expanse of wide open space. Probably a Discount Roman Shades would look good in it. » Read The Rest

Still bored with life because everybody has either a job, or at school right now. Meaning everybody is so busy with their life. I can’t bother my brothers that much since they have their own families. Besides, they would just treat me like their little girl. Fine they alway do and I don’t think they will every start treating me in a different way but that’s not the point right?

Where was I? Oh yeah, I’m so bored still. But what can I do? I don’t want to just take whatever job that is being offered. I want to take my time to slowly choose between the options. Business, I can’t rush it too since I don’t have that much resources. Start dating maybe? Nah… that’s the last thing I would be doing.

I’m thinking of taking over my cousin’s penthouse. It’s not the penthouse you’re thinking off. It’s just the whole third floor of the house. My cousin Alvin calls it his bachelor’s pad. But his mom bought him a condo unit already so I guess that would be his bachelor’s pad now. It’s not as if he’s here anyway. He’s busy with law school in Washington. » Read The Rest

Well everybody needs cash. A lot of companies went bankrupt because they ran short of cash. Even though they have the revenue and the right net income, companies can also close shop because of issues in liquidity.

It’s the same with private individuals. Same concept. Although you have a good line up of assets, if you don’t have cash to pay your short term liabilities then that will take it’s toll on your credit rating. Creditors don’t care if you have a nice house or not (they would like to repossess it though), they care if you’re able to pay your monthly amortization.

Same thing with credit cards. Yes, you have a nice job, good pay, but if you keep on investing and you find yourself out of cash, that wouldn’t look good on you as well. Plus, think of the interest and the charges they give when you are not able to pay on time and with the minimum payment required for you in a month.

These kinds of things can be complicated sometimes. I mean, you wouldn’t want to keep cash like a sitting duck, earning nothing while if you invest it, it can bring in more money for you. But how much should you keep in a month? Sometimes there are unplanned expenses that you still need to use money for.

That’s when you can use a cash advance to cover these things up. You’ll say that they would be charging interest as well. That’s true. But the thing is, you wouldn’t be needing it every month. It’s stupid if you do, because otherwise, then more or less the extra expenses are really not unexpected. So you really have to alot money for it.

Very easy! Since I am not a techi person, I thought it would be hard to get your own website and keep it running. I don’t know anything about domain registration, wordpress or drupal. Of course I have an inkling that it should be easy and I’ll learn how to if I read, I decided not to.

But by chance, I saw this website that even helps you administer or manage your own domain. I thought it would be easy, but I never knew it would be this easy! Oh well, but I have my own website now so I guess I wouldn’t be needing it. And also I don’t want to bother myself with these kinds of things.

All I want to do is to do planning which entails analysis, talking and writing. More on the talking is preferred. Haha! I really am a talker. Probably why I enjoy going to interviews. But all that said and done, I’m still left amazed on how easy and cheap it is to own a website. Where have I been living all these time?! Probably a cave.

The reason maybe is because I find it very trivial and that I don’t mind spending more if that would mean I don’t have to deal with it. Yeah maybe that’s why. This also means that for people who likes to write, it would be very easy for them to have this option as an outlet to all their creative juices. Sweet!

Remember I cut my hair short so I’ll have a new look for the new year? Well, some people are taking it to the extremes. I am amazed on how far women would go just to improve their aesthetic charms. Wow!

I don’t like needles and scalpels though, so I wouldn’t want to try it. Like I’d really watch on my diet because I wouldn’t want the time to come when I would be needing a Tummy Tuck. Scares me to death. Ugh!

Thing is, I read in an article that since this Chinese New year, there’s like a 9 day holiday in Korea, women there are really lining up to get something done with their faces. The most popular is the double eye lid operation, and of course the ever popular and controversial, nose job! Both I don’t see the point, but who cares right? » Read The Rest

These past few weeks, I’ve been thinking of online business. I’m even dreaming about it it’s weird! Haha! But seriously, I believe there’s a lot of potential in the online business thing. In this regard, I also learned a lot from Princessa. Hello, she’s the one who opened the doors of blogging to me for crying out loud.

Anyway, I found a completely different business model online. The business involves phone cards, but they are giving out free domains and hosting to people. And the writers or shall we say bloggers have full control of the website. Hmm… seems like a sweet deal to me. » Read The Rest

My lifestyle has completely changed! I mean since about three weeks ago. Meaning, when I was in still in Sing. Ugh!

It’s been a long time since I last played internet casino gambling online which of course I only do every now and then. It’s not as if I’m a real gambler or something. I don’t know.

Although I’ve been hanging out with Myla a lot lately, she too seems to have lost the flare for casino games. Oh well. I guess everything is a phase. I don’t want to force it. Until such time that I get back to my old self, like the one who used to be amused with virtual casino and plays it because I find it cute. haha!

I still miss Singapore. I miss playing pool with Princessa, Bubbles and Pris. I miss Celest and Anne, I miss all my friends in ObTech. Waah! I miss all the things that I used to do in Sing. KTV, the food… yes the wonderful food! I’m losing weight right now actually. Not that I intend to, but I’m just not eating much. I’ve always been like this here in the Philippines. sigh. I miss Sing period!

I think I didn’t phrase it correctly, so I just want to clear it out, my brother doesn’t have a mistress. That said and done, I’ll go directly to the story.

My brother was the one who told me about this the other day. It was my niece’s birthday so naturally there’s a family gathering. That’s where he told me the story.

A couple of days ago, I visited him in his office, as I normally do in the past. We chatted for a while, talking about life and all.

One of his office mates noticed me and exclaimed.

“Hi Cel. You’re a full grown lady now!”

Fine! I let that past, although I haven’t been away for a year and she’ll tell me that?! You’ve got to be kidding me right? So when I left I was a toddler? Ugh! » Read The Rest

Right. This is just what I need right now. Something to remind me of - first, that I don’t have a job. Second, that there’s a place that is called Canada.

I’m talking in riddles again. So sorry… well I saw the job postings in Monster.ca and that’s why I said what I just did. I’m not really considering both, but… it’s just so weird that I see both words everywhere I go. Ugh! It’s so frustrating.

It got me thinking though. Is it really that hard to find a job? I can’t answer that really. So far, in all my jobs, all of them took me from about a week or two to get from one job to another. I think it’s the case for everybody else because there are indeed a lot of jobs. » Read The Rest
